Offering Main Line living with all its accouchement and none of the hassles of owning a home, the $100 million Corinthian has been rising eight stories on the former site of the Don Rosen Cadillac dealership. Tuesday, May 17th, real estate brokers from the Main Line received the first tour of the residences and experienced its gorgeous 20 mile views from its penthouse suites.

O'Neill Properties celebrates topping off ceremony

O'Neill Properties celebrated the 'topping off' ceremony for its luxurious $100 million Corinthian condominium at 190 Presidential Blvd. in Bala Cynwyd on March 15. The event marked the completion of the top floor structure of the Main Line's first new luxury condominium in 18 years. O'Neill Properties began construction on the eight-story, 330,000 s/f condominium in August 2004 and expects to reach sell-out in advance of its completion, slated for March 2006.
The 'topping off' ceremony was attended by Len Poncia, senior vice president of O'Neill Properties; Jean Francois Gervais of Bower Lewis & Thrower architects; James Ettelson, Lower Merion Township commissioner; and more than 150 contractors, engineers, and real estate brokers. During the ceremony, a slab of concrete signed by union construction workers, Lower Merion Township commissioners, and Bala Cynwyd business and civic leaders was hoisted by crane to the condominium's highest point. In addition to the signing, a giant 25 ft. O'Neill Properties banner was dramatically unfurled at the base of the condominium.
"We're thrilled to unveil the Corinthian as the first new luxury condominium on Philadelphia's Historic Main Line in two decades," said Poncia.
"Corinthian is simply ahead of the class when it comes to luxurious living. We have every amenity that Main Line homeowners would expect: residence libraries, hotel suites for residents' guests, top of the line high technology, high-end fitness facilities, and the Main Line's most comprehensive concierge services."
Corinthian Condominiums are in high demand, with units selling at a rate of two per week at prices ranging from $479,900 to over $2 million for the penthouses.
